If you do not love it, I will not ship. If you decide you do not want the frog I create for you, I will return your deposit - BEFORE I ship. Shipping is fully insured. Note: If, on receiving your frog, you are for ANY reason unhappy with it, you can ship it back to me and I will refund you. I will not, however, pay for return shipping. That is why I post videos and high resolution photos and do not ship until the customer has approved the completed sculpture. All frogs are sturdy, durable, and appropriate for outdoor weather. Frogs are not indestructible. They can be damaged. I have taken every care to make the frog sturdy, strong, and durable. Many of my frogs are public sculptures. But public sculpture can be damaged. I do not promise to repair a frog, free of charge, that has been damaged due to negligence, acts of God, vandalism, and any other force that has put undue stress on the sculpture. I do promise to provide a sturdy, durable, outdoor sculpture that stands up to reasonable wear and tear. Note: A patina, that is, the blue-green surface coating, can be scratched, chipped, worn, and otherwise altered. The patina is permanent, in that it will remain indefinitely. It can alter subtly due to chemicals in the rain, air, and water. The patina is likely to soften over time. The bright, blue-green color will soften. This is good. Parts of the patina may wash off, leaving the copper to have a mottled appearance and exposing a patina underneath. This is part of the sculpture. A mottled surface texture is desirable here. The patina is not a single, uniform color. The patina, though permanent, can alter over the life of the sculpture, especially when the sculpture is outside. This does not detract. Moreover, the main item I am selling is the sculpture, not the patina. The surface of the sculpture could accept a variety of treatments, including paint, sandblasting, heat, and so forth. One can be confident that the sculpture itself, apart from the surface coating, will remain intact.
